You can send your document to be translated via (i) our quotation form located in the "Request Translation" section of this website, (ii) WhatsApp using the QR code on the home page of this website, or (iii) email to contacto@mercurytranslate.com.mx. Regardless of the method you choose, you will get your quote within 24 hours at the latest, specifying the delivery time.

The corresponding invoice will be sent to you, if requested.

Finally, your translation will be delivered to you on the required date, and you can proceed to make the payment. We do not require advance payments or cash on delivery, as we understand the corporate payment policies that many companies have.

Yes; you will be charged VAT in addition to the cost of the translation.

Simple translations are delivered digitally, although we can deliver them physically if necessary. Certified translations are delivered physically and electronically.

Physical deliveries can be made by pick up at our work points (south zone, pedregal) or shipping with an additional cost depending on the delivery address.

A certified translation is stamped by an expert translator endorsed by the corresponding Judicial Power, stating that the translation is faithful to the original document.

Generally, translations that need to be notarized or submitted for a Notary Public procedure, as well as translations of official government documents such as birth certificates, personal documents such as academic records or bank statements, civil documents such as power of attorney, need to be certified.

However, it is essential to contact the person or entity requesting the translation, if applicable, to corroborate whether or not a translation should be certified.

We quote per word on the source document. The rate may vary depending on the urgency of the customer and the format of the document, but we will get the quote to you so fast that you won't be left wondering for long.

We accept payment by wire transfer or cash.

In the case of translations from Spanish to English and vice versa, you tell us!

In the case of other languages, it will depend on each case depending on the size of the translation and the availability of our translators, always trying to adapt to your needs.
